Soarcery, Inc. ("Soarcery", "we") provides AI-native security automation. This policy explains how we handle personal data across our marketing site and product. It does not cover the customer data your organization processes through the product, which is governed by your agreement and our terms.
What we collect
We collect only what we need:
- You give us: name, work email, company, and role when you request a demo, contact us, or apply for a role.
- Automatically: basic usage and device data to operate and improve the site, subject to your cookie choices. See our cookie policy.
- Product data: account and operational data needed to run the platform, handled under your agreement.
How we use it
To respond to your requests, schedule and prepare demos, provide and secure the product, communicate important updates, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
When we share
We share data with service providers (our subprocessors) who help us operate, under contract and only as needed. See the current list of subprocessors. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Retention windows differ by data type and are documented internally.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact us below.
Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and tenant isolation. Read more on our trust page.
